🏪 How do I process a store pickup order?

1️⃣ When the bike or scooter is ready: click

"Indicate that the item can be picked up in store" → this will send an email to the customer to inform them.

2️⃣ When the customer has picked up their order: click

"Indicate that the customer has picked up their item"

3️⃣ For bikes, add:

  • Frame number
  • Engraving number
  • Engraving organization

✅ Once these steps are completed, the order will be marked "Completed" and will be accessible in the Billing tab.
