🛍️ How do you process online orders?

If you are an online seller, here are the steps to follow to manage your orders.

🧾 Order Management on BeeToGreen

When a new order is received via BeeToGreen, you’ll receive a notification email. You can also view the order directly in your supplier portal under the “Commandes” (Orders) → “A traiter" (To process) tab.

🚚 Home Deliveries

As soon as your product is shipped, follow these steps to update the order status:

  1. Enter the tracking number

  2. Select the Transporteur (carrier)

  3. Update the statut de la commande (order status)

🚲 Important for bikes: Don’t forget to fill in the following information:

  • Frame number => numéro de châssis

  • Engraving number => numéro de gravage

  • Engraving provider => organisme de gravage

Once these fields are filled, the order status will be updated to “en cours de livraison" (In delivery) 🚚.

💡 When the delivery is complete and all required information has been entered, the order will automatically move to the “Commmandes terminées” (completed orders)✅ section and become visible in the Facturation (Billing) tab.

🏪 In-Store Pickups

1️⃣ When the bike or scooter is ready for pickup:

  • Click “Mark item as available for pickup in-store”. This will automatically send an email to the customer to let them know their order is ready.

2️⃣ When the customer picks up their item:

  • Click  « Indiquer que le client a bien récupéré son article ».(Confirm item has been picked up)

3️⃣ For bikes only: Make sure to provide the following:

  • Frame number => numéro de châssis

  • Engraving number  => numéro de gravage

  • Engraving provider => organisme de gravage

 

💡 Once the product has been picked up and all information completed, the order will move to the “Completed Orders” ✅ section and appear under the Billing tab.
