🧾 What happens if I charge a BeeToGreen client directly via my card terminal (TPE)?

Reminder: When an employee comes from BeeToGreen, you must use our sales module, available in your supplier space, to process the transaction.

If you did not follow this process and charged the customer directly via your TPE:

  • You will need to transfer the full amount to us manually

  • We will integrate the facture (invoice) into your supplier portal on our platform

  • The order will be processed through the appel à facturation (invoice validation flow)
