đ° I havenât been paid, is this normal?
If you havenât received payment for an order, please check the following information.
Reminder: Payment is processed within the following timeframes:

â Within 14 days after triggering the invoice request

â Within 30 days after receiving the B2B invoice (in the âB2B Purchaseâ tab)
If this timeframe has passed and you still havenât been paid, please verify the following:
1ïžâŁ Check that the order status is âCompletedâ
For an order to move into the billing stage, it must have the âCompletedâ status. This status is reached when:

The order has been delivered

The engraving number and engraving provider have been filled in (for bikes)

The frame number has been entered (for bikes)
2ïžâŁ If the order is completed, check the Billing tab

Under Sales Commission: make sure you have clicked âRequest invoiceâ to trigger payment

Under B2B Purchase: check that you have uploaded the corresponding invoice
