💰 I haven’t been paid, is this normal?

If you haven’t received payment for an order, please check the following information.

Reminder: Payment is processed within the following timeframes:

  • ⌛ Within 14 days after triggering the invoice request

  • ⌛ Within 30 days after receiving the B2B invoice (in the “B2B Purchase” tab)

If this timeframe has passed and you still haven’t been paid, please verify the following:

1ïžâƒŁ Check that the order status is “Completed”

For an order to move into the billing stage, it must have the “Completed” status. This status is reached when:

  • The order has been delivered

  • The engraving number and engraving provider have been filled in (for bikes)

  • The frame number has been entered (for bikes)

2ïžâƒŁ If the order is completed, check the Billing tab

  • Under Sales Commission: make sure you have clicked “Request invoice” to trigger payment

  • Under B2B Purchase: check that you have uploaded the corresponding invoice
