📝 How to upload bikes using a Google Sheet (CSV file)?

Uploading your products via a CSV file allows you to have a clear and efficient overview of all the bikes you list on the platform.

🔎 How to properly fill out the CSV file?

Welcome to the BeeToGreen stock file guide. Follow these instructions to ensure your products are uploaded correctly.

✅ 1. General Rules

✔ 1 row = 1 bike model = 1 size = 1 color
✔ To add new bikes: simply insert a new row.
❌ Do not leave blank lines between products.
✔ Do not rename the sheet — it must remain "Feuille 1"
✔ Stock: 0 = the bike will not appear on BeeToGreen
✔ Stock: 1 = the bike is in stock and will be published online
✔ EAN: A unique barcode for international product identification
✔ Supplier Reference: A unique identifier from the manufacturer or supplier to distinguish a product in their catalog

🔹 Price incl. VAT (no € symbol or comma — use a dot for decimals, e.g. 1599.99)
🔹 Category (choose from: VTC, Fat Bike, MTB, Folding, Cargo, City, Road, Gravel)
🔹 Electric (YES/NO)
🔹 EAN
🔹 Supplier Reference
🔹 Color (must match the dropdown menu options)
🔹 Size (must be indicated)
🔹 Stock: 1 or 0
🔹 Battery / Motor (mandatory for e-bikes, must be specified)
🔹 Condition (New / Refurbished)
🔹 Image (Direct link to the image – e.g.:

⚠️ 3. Key Watchpoints (Common mistakes to avoid)

❌ Do not leave empty lines between products — no blank rows.
