💳 Betterway & Arval Mobility Pass Cards

Betterway and Arval cards are payment cards dedicated to sustainable mobility. They allow employers to finance home-to-work travel for their employees via the Sustainable Mobility Package (FMD).

â—† How does it work?

  • Prepaid Mastercard, usable only for eligible mobility expenses.

  • Can be used to pay for bicycles, scooters, accessories, and repairs.

  • The employer credits the card with the FMD amount (up to €800/year per company).

  • Generally valid from January 1st to December 31st (if the balance is unused, it will be lost).

â—† How to charge a customer using this card?

In-store, use the BeeToGreen sales module. At the payment stage, the customer can pay directly with their Arval or Betterway card.

  1. If the available balance covers the total, simply click “Paiement en CB" Pay by card at the end of the sales module.

  2. If the total exceeds the available balance, process it as a paiement en acompte partial payment (deposit), and the customer will complete the rest with another method on his Beetogreen account.

â—† How can the customer check their available balance?

If the employee doesn’t know the available balance, they can log in to their Arval or Betterway account to check it.
