When does the insurance take effect?

As soon as the payment is made on the BeeToGreen website, the insurance is automatically validated and you don't need to activate it to benefit from it. You may miss the activation confirmation email.

In this case:

1) Check your spam folder for a message from contact@cylantro.eu.

2) If you still can't find the email, you can contact us at gestion@cylantro.eu, and we'll send you the contract again.




In any case, the insurance has been activated and your bike is covered from the moment you purchased it on the platform.
