What happens if I stop making payments?
If you fail to pay your monthly installments, BeeToGreen follows a structured process to resolve the issue. Here are the steps involved:
1️⃣ First Reminder
- A reminder letter will be sent to you by mail.
- You will have 3 days to settle the outstanding amount.
- If your rental is financed by your employer, your HR Manager will also be notified.
2️⃣ Formal Notice
- If the payment is not made within the given timeframe, you will receive an official formal notice.
- This document gives you an additional 10 days to resolve the issue.
3️⃣ Court Bailiff Notification
- If no action is taken after the formal notice, a letter from a court bailiff will be sent to you.
- This serves as an official notification before legal proceedings begin.
4️⃣ Legal Proceedings
- If no resolution is found after the bailiff's intervention, BeeToGreen will initiate legal action to recover the outstanding amount.
- This can result in additional fees and negatively affect your financial record.
