Can I pause my rental ? 

As a rule, your rental works like a continuous subscription and cannot be paused.

The one exception is sick leave : if you are on sick leave, you can pause your contract and shift it forward for the duration of your leave, provided you give us a medical certificate. Contact us via our contact form to arrange this.
