Are Click & Collect and my Decathlon loyalty points still working?

The following features will not be available on the new Decathlon Pro catalog at launch:

→ Click & Collect: it will return in January 2027. In the meantime, orders will be delivered to your home.

→ Decathlon loyalty points: your personal Decathlon loyalty account will not be connected to the platform at launch. We will work closely with the Decathlon Pro team to offer this feature again in the future.

These limitations are offset by significant improvements: guaranteed stock, fully automated 24-hour order processing, and fast, comprehensive delivery tracking.
