📦 Package Marked as Delivered, But Not Received? Don't Panic!
🛠️ 1) First Check: Where Is Your Package?
Before anything else, a few quick checks can help you locate your package:
✅ Check the delivery tracking: Look for updates on the carrier’s website.
✅ Inspect your mailbox and surroundings: Sometimes, the courier may leave the package in a safe place.
✅ Ask your neighbors or building manager: Has someone received the package on your behalf?
✅ Verify your delivery address: Make sure the address entered at checkout is correct.

📩 2) Contact BeeToGreen and the Carrier
➡ 1️⃣ Contact us immediately at support@beetogreen.com and provide:
✔ Your order number
✔ Any relevant delivery information (tracking screenshots, carrier updates, etc.)
➡ 2️⃣ Also, contact the carrier to report the issue and get more details.
💡 Good to know: The sooner you reach out, the faster we can act!
📑 3) Investigation and Proof of Non-Receipt
If the package is still missing, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
To do this, you will need to fill out and sign a sworn statement confirming that you have not received your package.
