How do I pay for my long-term rental (location longue durée, or LLD) with my Betterway card?

Your Betterway card can fund the start of your rental. Be aware, however, of how the monthly instalments work.

The first payment

You can use your Betterway card to make the first payment of your rental (from 10% to 50% of the amount), directly on the checkout page, by entering the card numbers.

Important — about the monthly instalments: In addition, a personal bank card is required for the direct debit of the monthly instalments. This ensures continuity of payments in the event of a problem with your main payment method. For more information, see Why do I need to add my personal card?.

If your payment went through on your personal bank card, you can get it refunded by sending the invoice to support@betterway.fr.

Good to know: Only purchases made in our partner shops are eligible for reimbursement. Before buying in a shop, check on our portal that the retailer is listed.
