# ❓ In whose name should the engraving fee be made?

**It all depends on the type of order received.**

1. Either it's a **Long-Term Rental**, so BeeToGreen owns the bike and rents it to the customer.

🔍 The billing address is then in the name of BeeToGreen.

🖋️ The engraving must be done in the name of BeeToGreen using the email address [hello@beetogreen.com](mailto:hello@beetogreen.com) for registration.

1. Or it's a **Purchase**, so the customer owns the bike.

🔍 The billing address is in the customer's name.

🖋️ The engraving must be done in the customer's name using the information provided on the order form.
