# 📝 How to upload bikes using a Google Sheet (CSV file)?

## 📁 Easily manage your catalog by adding and updating your bikes in just a few clicks.

### 📌 Why use the CSV file to upload your bikes on BeeToGreen?

Uploading your products via a **CSV file** allows you to have a **clear and efficient overview** of all the bikes you list on the platform.

If you haven't uploaded any bikes yet and would like to do so via CSV, feel free to contact us at **partenaires@beetogreen.com**.

### 🔎 How to properly fill out the CSV file?

Welcome to the BeeToGreen stock file guide. Follow these instructions to ensure your products are uploaded correctly.

### ✅ 1. General Rules

✔ 1 row = 1 bike model = 1 size = 1 color  
✔ **To add new bikes**: simply insert a new row.  
❌ Do **not** leave blank lines between products.  
✔ Do **not** rename the sheet — it must remain **"Feuille 1"**  
✔ **Stock: 0** = the bike will **not appear** on BeeToGreen  
✔ **Stock: 1** = the bike is **in stock** and will be published online  
✔ **EAN**: A unique barcode for international product identification  
✔ **Supplier Reference**: A unique identifier from the manufacturer or supplier to distinguish a product in their catalog

### 📌 2. Mandatory Fields (must be filled out)

🔹 Model  
🔹 Brand  
🔹 **Price incl. VAT** (no € symbol or comma — use a dot for decimals, e.g. `1599.99`)  
🔹 **Category** (choose from: VTC, Fat Bike, MTB, Folding, Cargo, City, Road, Gravel)  
🔹 **Electric** (YES/NO)  
🔹 **EAN**  
🔹 **Supplier Reference**  
🔹 **Color** (must match the dropdown menu options)  
🔹 **Size** (must be indicated)  
🔹 **Stock**: 1 or 0  
🔹 **Battery / Motor** (mandatory for e-bikes, must be specified)  
🔹 **Condition** (New / Refurbished)  
🔹 **Image** (Direct link to the image – e.g.:  
`https://assets.specialized.com/i/specialized/93325-00_SJ-15-SW-GUN-CLY-WHTMTN_HERO-PDP?$scom-pdp-gallery-image$&fmt=auto`)

### ⚠️ 3. Key Watchpoints (Common mistakes to avoid)

❌ Do **not** leave empty lines between products — no blank rows.

❌ **Incorrect image URL**: The link must point **directly to the image**, not to a product page.  
✅ Correct: a direct image link  
🚫 Incorrect: a link to a product page
