# 🔍 Where Can I Find My Certificate or Identification Number?

Since **January 1, 2022**, all bikes are assigned a **unique identification number**, which allows them to be registered with the relevant authorities.

### 📜 **How to Receive Your Certificate?**

✔ **Upon Delivery**: Your certificate is provided with your bike, either **inside the package** or via **email** from one of our partners.  
✔ **On Your Invoice**: Your **engraving number** is listed on your **purchase invoice**.

### ❗ **Can’t Find Your Engraving Number?**

➡ **Only have an order confirmation but no invoice?**  
This means our partner **has not yet registered the engraving number**.
