When is my first payment charged?

Your first monthly payment is charged on the day your order is delivered.

Key Steps

📌 Signing the Delivery Report

  • Upon receiving your vehicle, you must sign the Delivery Report (PV de réception).
  • This signature officially confirms your contract and triggers monthly payments.

📌 What happens if the Delivery Report is not signed?

  • If we receive delivery confirmation from our suppliers but the Delivery Report remains unsigned, BeeToGreen reserves the right to validate it automatically and initiate the payments.

💡 Make sure to sign your Delivery Report as soon as you receive your bike to avoid any administrative delays and ensure a smooth contract process! 🚴‍♂️
