What happens if my bike is stolen under a Long-Term Rental contract?

1. Report the theft

• Notify the insurer via the online form HERE.
• Pay the insurance deductible, which is 10% of the bike’s price.

2. Choose your solution

🚲 Option #1: Get the same bike again at no extra cost!

• You can start a new rental contract for the same bike model without having to make a new initial payment.

🚴‍♂️ Option #2: Switch to a different bike

• Want to upgrade or change bike categories? Simply pay the difference in the first payment compared to your previous bike.
• Your monthly payments will also be adjusted accordingly.

👋 Option #3: End the rental

• Prefer to stop your contract? No problem, you have the option to terminate your rental agreement.
