What happens if I leave my company while I have an active rental contract?

If you leave your company while you have an ongoing rental contract with BeeToGreen, you have several options:

1️⃣ Continue your rental until the end of the contract

✅ You can keep your rental contract, even after leaving your company.

  • You will be responsible for the monthly payments.
  • If you join a new company, it is likely that they also offer a Sustainable Mobility Allowance, which could help cover your rental payments.

💡 This is the best option if you want to keep your bike without any service interruption. 🚴‍♂️

2️⃣ Terminate the rental contract early

If you prefer to end your rental before the contract term, you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee (Indemnité de Restitution Anticipée - IRA) based on the remaining duration of your contract.

📌 For a 36-month contract:

  • 6-12 months remaining: 40% of the bike price + accessories (incl. tax)
  • 12-24 months remaining: 30% of the bike price + accessories (incl. tax)
  • 24-36 months remaining: 20% of the bike price + accessories (incl. tax)

📌 For a 24-month contract:

  • 12-24 months remaining: 20% of the bike price + accessories (incl. tax)
