You have three options. ### **1️⃣ Continue your rental until the end of the term.** The contract is in your name :  so you can simply keep it, with your monthly instalments debited directly from you going forward. If you join a company that also offers the Sustainable Mobility Package, your new employer may be able to take over all or part of the funding. --- ### **2️⃣ End the contract early.** In this case, you pay an Early Termination Indemnity (*Indemnité de Restitution Anticipée*, or IRA), calculated based on the number of months already paid : | **Months already paid (36 month contract)** | **Indemnity (% of price + accessories, incl. tax)** | | --- | --- | | Month 7 to 12 | 50 % | | Month 13 to 24 | 30 % | | Month 25 to 36 | 20 % | | **Months already paid  (24 month contract)** | **Indemnity** | | --- | --- | | **Month 13 to 24** | 20 % | --- 3️⃣ **Buy your vehicle.** If you would rather keep your bike or scooter, a buyout may be possible.
