# Do I have a withdrawal period in my contract?

## Yes, you have a 14-day legal withdrawal period starting from the date you receive your product.

You have 14 days from receiving your product to change your mind, with no need to give a reason. To be accepted back, the product must be complete, in perfect condition and fit for resale.

To exercise this right, send your request to BeeToGreen. We then tell you how to return the item.
