Is it possible to pause my rental agreement?

If you need to temporarily suspend your agreement (medical leave, extended absence, or any other exceptional situation), we can defer your payments for an agreed period of time and then automatically resume them on the agreed date.

How does it work?

• A controlled pause: the suspension is not automatic and does not apply to simple convenience reasons, such as holidays. It is reviewed on a case-by-case basis for exceptional situations upon presentation of supporting documents (maternity leave, paternity leave, long-term sick leave, etc.).
• Effective from the next monthly payment: the pause starts from your next direct debit, not immediately. Any month already started remains fully due (no pro rata refund for the current month).
• Deferred monthly payments: your monthly payments remain due; they are simply postponed over time. You still pay the same total number of monthly instalments.

⚠️ Please note regarding the manufacturer’s warranty: your vehicle warranty is 2 years for a new product and 1 year for a refurbished product. A long pause may push your use of the vehicle beyond the warranty period.
