🚲 How do I put a bike online via my supplier area?

✅ In your supplier area, click "My Bikes," then"Add a new bike."

✅ Fill in your general information. Fields marked with a red star are required.

Attention❗ :

❌ The "category", "brand" and "model" fields cannot be modified once the product sheet has been created.
Tags will be displayed on the product sheet (for example, "promo -10%"). Max 2 tags. Write the tag, then press "Enter".
Images must be in PNG, JPG, JPEG or WEBP format .
Description: max 1530 characters.

✅ Create variations: one variation for each combination of size, color, battery, etc.

Warning ❗:

Unique EAN for each variation (❌ error if duplicated).
Discount : ❌ do not include symbol (%) and separate decimals with a point (not a comma).
Stock : Put either 0 or 1. If 0, the product will not appear on the marketplace, if 1 the product will appear.
Battery : mandatory for EABs and scooters.
Ability to add multiple images (in PNG, JPG, JPEG or WEBP format).

Color management :

⚠️ Don't forget to select the colored square after typing the color, otherwise it won't be displayed on the marketplace.
If the exact color doesn't exist, choose the closest available.

Size management :

Choose a size from the list:

respect the logical order (e.g. XS, S, M, L, XL). Don't put XL before M.

‼️Seulement anything between the two dots will be displayed.
Ex => size: XS : 152 cm - 162 cm => the customer will only see XS.

Next, go to the "Technical data" tab:

Fill in all mandatory red fields, including :

Weight
Brake type

👉 If your product is a VAE, also complete:

Motor power
Battery autonomy

✅ Complete the technical data sheet: the more technical information the product sheet contains, the more complete and convincing it is.

✅ Finally, product-related accessories: This page allows you to add accessories for customizing the bike (e.g. baskets, chargers, luggage racks or lighting).

You can add photos for the accessories, as well as several options (e.g. for different basket sizes, colors, etc.).

Most important of all: stock management ⚠️

Keep your stock up to date.

If a bike is out of stock, please set the stock level to 0.
As soon as it's available again, reset the stock to 1.
