🚚 How do I process a home delivery order?

As soon as your product is shipped, follow these steps to update the order status:

Enter the tracking number.
Select the carrier.
Update the order status.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: When you do this, an email is automatically sent to the customer saying "your item has just been shipped, here is the tracking link...", so it is essential to enter this number as soon as it is shipped and not late.

🚲For bicycles: Don't forget to enter the following information:

Frame number
Engraving number
Engraving organization

Once this information is updated, the order will be marked as "Out for delivery 🚚".

💡 Once the delivery has been made and the information has been correctly entered, the order will be moved to the Completed Orders section ✅ and will be accessible under the Billing tab.
