How your Decathlon bike is handled and collected

Once your request is approved (within 48 business hours), you do not need to go to a store. Depending on the case:

  1. you receive a shipping label to send the bike back,
  2. or a mandated carrier comes to collect the bike directly from your home.

The repair or replacement is then carried out within an average of 10 days, and you can track the shipment of the repaired or replaced product.

Please keep the bike available and, if possible, its original packaging until the collection or return.
