# Ending my rental early

## Yes, you can end your long-term rental before its end date.

Terminating a long-term lease before its expiration date requires payment of an Early Termination Fee (ETF / IRA), calculated based on the number of months already paid:

| **Months already paid (36 month contract)** | **Indemnity (% of price + accessories, incl. tax)** |
| --- | --- |
| Month 7 to 12 | 50 % |
| Month 13 to 24 | 30 % |
| Month 25 to 36 | 20 % |

| **Months already paid (24 month contract)** | **Indemnity** |
| --- | --- |
| Month 13 to 24 | 20 % |

### You then have two options:

### **1️⃣ Return the vehicle.**

Return the vehicle. Pay the IRA, then return the vehicle by following our standard return procedure.

### **2️⃣ Buy the vehicle.**
