🔄 Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund: How Does It Work?

At BeeToGreen, we want to ensure you have a smooth and stress-free shopping experience. If you've changed your mind or the product doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s everything you need to know about canceling, exchanging, or requesting a refund.

❌ 1) Canceling My Order Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel it:
📩 Contact us as soon as possible at support@beetogreen.com with your order number.
📦 We will check with our partner and process the cancellation.
💰 Your refund will be issued within a few days depending on your payment method.

💡 Good to know: For custom-made orders or those in advanced preparation, cancellation may not be possible.

 

 

🔄 2) Exchanging My Product After Delivery

You can request an exchange if the request is made shortly after receiving the product and if it meets the following conditions:
✔ The product is in perfect condition (unused, unassembled)
✔ The original packaging is intact

📸 To facilitate the exchange:

➡ Send us photos of the product and its packaging to support@beetogreen.com.
➡ We will forward your request to our partner, who will send you the return process instructions.

💰 3) Requesting a Refund (14-Day Withdrawal Period)

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund under your right of withdrawal.

🔹 Return conditions:
✅ The product must be unused and in its original packaging
✅ The return must be approved by our customer service and partner

📩 How to proceed?

2️⃣ Send us photos of the product and its packaging.
3️⃣ We will send you the return instructions and connect you with our logistics partner.

💡 Fast refund! Once the return is validated, your refund will be processed within a few days, depending on your payment method.
